Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable kitchen porter to support the kitchen staff. As a kitchen porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

* Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils

* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment

* Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

* Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies

* Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately

* Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items

* Must have Food Safety Level 2
