Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Agent to oversee operations across multiple sites in Wexford and Waterford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, focusing on water projects and public infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day activities across various sites.
*
Coordinate and lead site staff and sub-contractors to ensure seamless operations.
*
Drive project completion within set deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
*
Manage civil engineering and groundworks contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.
*
Ensure compliance with all relevant HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental) standards and regulations.
*
Maintain accurate records including labor timesheets, supplier documentation, and HSQE paperwork.
Qualifications and Experience:
*
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or site management role.
*
Proven experience in managing water conservation projects and public roadworks.
*
Certified training in the Location of Underground Services.
*
Valid certifications in Signing, Lighting, and Guarding.
*
Relevant training in Managing Safely in Construction, First Aid (CIF)
*
Full Irish driving license.
