Job Description

Technical Writer UX Designer - Contract Dublin. My client a global leading name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced UX designer and Technical Writer to join a client project for a rolling contract need.

My client is looking for a writer to join our UX Team (working within a Trust & Safety space) with immediate effect. This role would also be applicable to technical writers and copywriters with relevant experience. We are currently revitalising and developing several KBs (Knowledge Bases) and require a talented, motivated writer to take on the task of leading this project. It will involve multi-disciplinary communication, therefore reporting and communication skills will need to be sharp and effective. This is a global team, with key stakeholders based in Ireland and the US. Examples of work completed would expedite the assessment process. Passion for linguistics and language based solutions, combined with an ability to relay proposals to a range of product areas is a must.

This will Report to a UX team within Trust & Safety. Work within a cross-product area project, with multiple stakeholders and requirements. Research and collate information to inform projects. Develop existing Knowledge Bases (resources / guidelines) for teams and products using defined best practices and procedures. Communicate progress, assess deliverables and provide iterative project updates throughout. This role can be fully remote for the right person.
