* Foster a trusting relationship and provide emotional support to reduce anxiety and isolation.

* Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar complex care role.

* Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and patience.

* Experience in working with individuals who have self-harming tendencies or mental health challenges.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with a calm, reassuring demeanor.

* Knowledge of safeguarding and crisis management procedures.

* A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.

Desirable:

* Training or experience with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

* First Aid, Mental Health, or relevant care certifications.
