Employment Law Solicitor - Dispute Resolution - 2-3yrs PQE - Lancashire - Competitive salary + benefits

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Solicitor, with 2-3 years PQE in Employment Law, to join a successful, award-winning multi-practice law firm in their Dispute Resolution team.

What we’re looking for:

* 2-3 years PQE Employment Law Solicitor

* Sound knowledge of UK employment laws and the desire to keep up-to-date with new legislation

* Ability to provide excellent quality legal advice and representation across a range of employment law work

* Ability to communicate complex issues and concepts to non-lawyers

* Experience in drafting and preparing legal documentation

* Excellent client care skills

* Solid negotiation skills

* Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels

* Business savvy mindset with the drive and skill to market the firm and generate new business

* Strong research capabilities

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong IT literacy including good working knowledge of MS Office
