Recruitment Consultant in Worcester - CV-Library

Established in 2009 we are one of the most successful independent recruitment companies across the West Midlands with a network of three offices and due to continuous growth, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant working closely with the Head of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) you will help to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. (INDPERM).

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant (with a min of two year's experience) your duties will be:-

Build client relationships and account manage clients.
Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control as well as using our unique design software to advertise roles
Monitor performances to ensure that the client and candidates are consistently satisfied.
Achieve placement targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
Recruit and sustain a quality "sort list" of candidates by pre-screening or interviewing quality applicants.
