Job Profile

As a Recruitment Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for the Nexus team, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from application to offer. You’ll manage tasks such as candidate communication, CV screening, and conducting telephone interviews, while also providing administrative support for recruitment events and operational tasks. The role requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

* Provide a high-touch experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process

* Conduct telephone and competency interviews, relaying job information to applicants

* Advertise vacancies on relevant job boards and pre-screen candidates

* Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

* Assist with recruitment events and ensure all candidate touch-points are managed

* Take minutes for formal meetings and support team members with administrative tasks

* Assist with branch administration and data capture when required

Skills & Experience

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience in a recruitment or administrative role is preferred

* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using recruitment software

* A positive and proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

Hours of Work

* Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility to cover later hours and occasional Saturdays for recruitment events
