Part 2 Architectural Assistant Role Overview:

My client is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architecture and design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings.
Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations.
Participate in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.
Engage in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports.
Support the team in researching materials, products, and design trends.Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).
Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
