This is a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant role and you will be required to:

* Generate new business via sales activity; including telephone and face-to-face meetings and networking.
* Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates within the technology and AI industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
* Develop new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio within the tech space.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring the best match between candidates and job roles.

Essential skills & experience:

* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology or AI sector.
* A strong network of contacts in the technology industry.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and vacancies at once.
* A proactive approach to business development, focusing on client and candidate satisfaction.
* Passion for the AI and technology space, with a deep understanding of market trends.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
