About the Role:
Hours: 40 to 48 per week

Staff Training & Development: Train new staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement ongoing development programs to enhance team skills.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through upselling and special promotions.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
