Our Client delivers the highest levels of craftsmanship and customer service to property developers through out the South West since the 1980's. A well-respected third generation family run business, they have established themselves as one of the South Wests most trustworthy, unified, and forward-thinking manufacturers.
Our Client are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Bookkeeper to join the team to support their established business on its growth journey.
Responsibilites:
* Experience in a similar position previously within the construction industry would be very advantageous.
* Day to day accounting responsibilites.
* Manage both accounts payable and receivable
* Daily financial entries and reconciliation
* Debt Management / Credit Control
* Raising of Invoices
* Tracking Budgets
* Preparation of financial reports - monthly/annual VAT return
* Preparation for monthly management meetings
* Review and support other business processes and make suggestions for change
Skills & Experience:
* Xero experience
* Provide a high level of accuracy
* Must be able to multi-task and work to deadlines.
* Previous experience using CRM's
* Experience using other accounting software such as Sage would be advantagous.
