General Builder - Housing Maintenance in High Wycombe - CV-Library

We are recruiting for an experienced General Builder with good all-round knowledge to work as a multi trade operative.
The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.
We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
The job requires work and travel across High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough.
Properties for this well-known Housing Association are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced General Builder / Full Multi Trader:
The role is to -
* Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing
* Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
* Full UK driving license – not EU licence
* Own tools
* Experience of working in social housing
* DBS certificate

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required. Saturday / Sunday is paid extra to salary
