FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative in Highbridge - CV-Library

We are currently looking for an FLT driver / Warehouse Operative to join our clients team based near Highbridge / Bason Bridge on a full time basis. Immediate start available and full training will be provided.

Main duties are:

* Loading & Unloading of vehicles,

* Daily production machinery checks

* Securing vehicles and assisting drivers,

* Organising of empties for picking purposes,

* Some picking in the yard,

* Other reasonable general warehouse duties,

Summary

As a FLT Driver/Warehouse Operative, you will be a vital part of our operations team, responsible for efficiently handling materials, operating forklifts, and utilizing warehouse management systems. Your core skills in materials handling, forklift operation, and warehouse experience will be essential in loading and unloading goods effectively. With premium skills in warehouse management system utilization and equipment repair, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. Your relevant skills in mechanical knowledge, basic maths, heavy lifting, and shipping & receiving will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications

* Materials handling experience

* Forklift operation proficiency

* Ability to load and unload materials efficiently

* Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment handling

* Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks

* Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems

* Willingness to learn equipment repair techniques

Working Days are Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (1st week)

Mon - Thu 14:00 - 24:00 (2nd week)
