Job Title: Sales / Marketing Coordinator

Location: Craigavon

Salary and Benefits: £27k- £30k per annum

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 8.30am -5.30pm Office Based.

Employment Type- Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a family owned and successful FMCG Company in Craigavon who are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

The Right role:

-Customer Service

- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

- Sales Support:

- Assist in sales activities including order processing, sales documentation, and coordination with the sales team.

- Support business development initiatives and maintain CRM updates.

- Marketing:

- Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and other promotional content.

- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

- Social Media Management:

- Manage and update social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) with engaging content.

- Track social media performance and audience engagement, optimizing content to enhance brand visibility.

- Content Creation:

- Develop engaging content for marketing emails, blogs, and newsletters.

- Ensure that all marketing collateral aligns with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.

The Right Fit

- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of social media management and marketing best practices.

- Ability to create compelling brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships.

- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM systems.

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) would be an advantage.
