What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

· Previous experience of working within a predominantly hardware-supporting, Microsoft Teams delivery function

· Significant experience of working as a Business Analyst and evidence of carrying out a wide range of analysis activities

· Experience in identifying and building strong relationships with stakeholders

· Able to identify improvements and make recommendations

You'll lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and utilise other techniques to effectively translate research data into detailed requirements, helping to deliver value and great outcomes for our users.

Another key part of the role will be to work collaboratively with the Product Owners to agree roadmap priorities, feed into delivery plans, new features and products as well as contributing towards prioritisation activities.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hub/s in Newcastle, Leeds or Sheffield whichever is most convenient for you.

Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.

Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £43,347.

Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 28.97%, worth up to £12, 557.

Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 26 days rising to 31 days over time.

You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
