Join our dynamic and dedicated team as a Refuse Loader in Bolton! 💪♻️🏢 Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Refuse Loaders. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in collecting and disposing of domestic and commercial waste, contributing to a cleaner and greener community. 🌍As part of this role, you will be available to work based on operational needs, which can vary from 0 to 5 days per week. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to respond to short-notice work assignments, and comfortable with a fluctuating schedule.👫 Working alongside a small team, you will have the chance to work in different local areas each day. No two days will be the same, ensuring variety and a change of scenery. 🏞️Your responsibilities as a Refuse Loader include:-Moving bags, wheelie bins, and recycling bins and boxes.

-Utilising a lifting mechanism to tip the waste from bins into the lorry.

-Throwing plastic bags into the back of the lorry.

-Operating the truck's hydraulic system to crush the waste effectively.

-Sorting recyclable materials at the kerbside.

-Safely guiding the driver through the streets.

-Reporting any issues with waste collections.

-Assisting with unloading the waste at designated facilities.You will be expected to lift and dispose of heavy objects and items.
