Job Title: Level 2 Process Operators
Location: Winsford Industrial Estate

Leading Global Manufacturer of Innovative and Technologically Advanced Products

Are you ready to join a well-established company at the heart of Winsford’s Industrial Estate? My client is a world-class manufacturer of cutting-edge products that serve a global market. We are looking for Level 2 Process Operators to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively promote safety, reporting any concerns.

* Ensure you and your team work in line with safety standards.

* Maintain high levels of product quality and meet customer specifications.

* Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) across the facility.

* Complete batch documentation to high standards, ensuring compliance with Good Document Practice (GDP).

* Achieve performance targets and work to reduce waste.

* Support the production plan to meet On-Time in Full (OTIF) goals.

* Strive to meet Operational Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) targets.

* Attend pre-shift meetings, actively participating to optimize production efficiency.

* Develop skills to support flexibility and adaptability within the team.

* Ensure product quality and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

* Education: GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent.

* Experience: Previous manufacturing experience

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and GMP.

* Ability to accurately follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

* Flexibility to meet the company’s evolving demands.

Working Hours:

Rotating shifts week 1 Monday - Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm week 2 Monday tp Thursday 1.45pm to 10.15pm Friday 1.45pm - 7.45pm
