Pay Rate: £18 - £21 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MMT Pharmacy Technician to join our team at a reputable NHS hospital in Nottingham. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective delivery of pharmacy services to patients, specifically in a ward-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications in accordance with legal and professional standards.
Conduct medication reviews and support clinical teams in managing patient medication therapies.
Provide advice and information to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medications.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmacy activities.
Participate in stock management, ensuring adequate supply and proper storage of medications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the wards to support optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Medicines Management qualification or previous hospital ward-based experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
