Project Manager - Junior/Mid-Level (Hybrid)

Salary: 45-50k (DOE)

They strive to meet the needs of a dynamic market by delivering cutting-edge products and services that help our clients achieve operational excellence.

Role:

As a Project Manager within the PMO, the successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions to clients in diverse industries. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your ability to lead projects while managing key relationships will be crucial to driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs, timelines, and budgets.
Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to manage scope, schedule, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem-solving.
Support Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and drive continuous process improvements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues promptly to ensure successful project outcomes.

Essential Criteria:

2-5 years of project delivery experience, successfully managing mid-to-large scale projects across industries.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of collaborating with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships and resolving conflicts.
Familiarity with digital transformation, Industry 4.0 standards, and emerging technologies.
Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
