Head of Asset Management in Helwith Bridge - CV-Library

I am looking for a Head of Asset Management to join a public sector body in Hertfordshire on a 3-6 month contract.The Head of Asset Management will work alongside the current Head of Service, assisting deliver a number of projects within their Asset Investment programmes on repairs and Sustainability. You will This role offers a hybrid working approach.

There will be no line management responsibility for this post, you will solely be in charge of supporting to deliver the ongoing projects.

Head of Asset Management responsibilities:

Be responsible for refurbishment projects consisting on high rise heat system replacements
Oversee the 5 year asset and investment plans
Build a strong stock condition service, assisting with the investment model.
What is required for the role:

Experience working within social housing and delivering projects within asset and investment programmes
Proven experience as a head of assets to ensure you hit the ground running and can work on your own initiative
An effective communicator with excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills
Ability to work on sustainability projects
