Job Description

Microsoft Stack Developer, .NET, C#, C++, Chelmsford, Essex, Part Remote

Microsoft Stack Developer required to work for a fast-growing Software Solutions business based in Chelmsford, Essex. However, this will be part remote and the standard is to be in the office circa 3 days per week. There is free parking at the office.

We need you to come from a solid Microsoft Stack Development background and someone who wants to move on to bigger and better things career wise. You will have a good personality and will be able to deal with some client facing duties as and when required. Read on for more details…

Experience required:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* 5 years of proven experience in C# development.

* Strong understanding of the .NET framework and object-oriented programming principles.

* Proficient in WPF for creating compelling user interfaces.

* Familiarity with software design patterns and dependency injection to create scalable, maintainable, and testable code.

* Experience with Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) and OpenXml is highly desirable but not mandatory.

* Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or similar.

* Experience with Agile development processes.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
