P/T Wills & Probate Solicitor -Fully Remote - 2 Days - CV-Library

Rare opportunity!  We are urgently seeking a dynamic Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a well-established, independent firm in Berkshire. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work 2 days a week (Thursdays and Fridays), with 15 hours per week to start.

What sets this role apart? It's non-client facing, allowing you to dive deep into your legal expertise. You’ll handle a varied caseload of wills, probate matters, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney, progressing key documents for the cases assigned to you. As a Fee Earner, you’ll have autonomy and the chance to make a real impact.

Initially, this role will be a 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

What you bring to the table:

Minimum 3 years of PQE in Wills & Probate
Strong IT and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Memberships in STEP or Solicitors for the Elderly are a bonus, but not essential.
