Right, let’s get straight to the point.
You’re a bakery specialist. Not just any baker, though – you’re the kind that knows exactly why a dough’s gone wrong before anyone else even notices. You’ve spent years perfecting your craft, and now you’re ready to take that knowledge on the road, helping businesses across the UK and Ireland.
This isn’t your average bakery job. You’ll be working with a big player in the industry, providing technical support to their clients. That means troubleshooting, developing new products, and generally being the go-to person when things get tricky in the bakery. You’ll also be building relationships with customers, ensuring they get the best out of the products.
But here’s the kicker – you’ll be travelling. A lot. If you can’t handle being out on the road, this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re up for it, you’ll get the autonomy to run things your way, solve real problems, and actually make a difference.
What do you need?
• HNC/D in Food Science or Baking Technology (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in the food industry, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• A driving license – because you’ll be everywhere.
• The ability to keep calm under pressure and still deliver.
