Job Description
Our client, a family run accountancy practice, is looking to acquire a bookkeeper to join their team in their Tain office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the bookkeeping of small companies and sole traders carrying out their VAT returns as well as some administration duties.
Main responsibilities of the role:
· Bookkeeping
· Preparation and filing of VAT returns
Payroll & CISThe successful candidate will:
· Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice
· Be proficient with cloud-based book-keeping software.
· Be familiar with HMRC requirements
· Be able to work independently and without supervision
· A confident communicator to deal independently with clients
