Quality Manager 

Bristol HQ & UK remit

This is an opportunity to become the custodian of their UK quality management function with an opportunity to make a significant step change in how quality management is perceived & implemented. 

What you will be doing:
Acting as the custodian of the company’s Integrated Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and high standards throughout.
Leading change management initiatives for manufacturing processes, working closely with suppliers and engineering teams.
Facilitating APQP activities such as risk assessment, FMEA, and control plan development to identify and mitigate quality risks.
Developing and maintaining quality plans that conform to both customer specifications and internal standards.
Providing assurance to the senior leadership team through a combination of assessments, audits, and data analysis.
Coordinating the global external audit program in collaboration with certification bodies.
Working with stakeholders across multiple projects to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional product quality. What you will need:
Demonstrable experience in a similar type of role, ideally within a technology manufacturing environment 
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working with ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001 management systems  
Experience with APQP, FMEA (desirable)
Certification or experience in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies (desirable) Interested?
