Sales Executive
Location: Aldershot (with one day per month for external meetings)
Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM
(Optional remote work on Wednesdays after probation, subject to performance)
Salary Range: £18,000 - £25,000 (based on experience)
Commission/Bonus: Non-capped; average earnings of £5,000 - £7,500 annually once established

We are representing a well-established out-of-home media company that operates over 2,000 digital screens across various audience networks, including Health & Fitness, Cinema, Retail, Playcentres, and Education. This client partners with industry leaders, providing on-screen advertising opportunities for a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to major brands. Some of their most notable client's include Netflix, Nintendo, O2, BBC, Paramount Pictures, Red Bull, Nivea, Sky, Nando’s, Nike, Jaguar, Lego, Colgate, Calpol & Sony Music.
The Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated Local Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The primary responsibility will be to generate revenue from local businesses, with a focus on selling digital poster space within health and fitness centres, cinemas, and retail locations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a flair for creativity. Comprehensive training will be provided, including monthly sessions with a sales trainer and ongoing support from the team. The office is located in a charming Grade II listed building within a picturesque park setting in Aldershot.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets
* Acquire new business from local advertisers while maintaining existing relationships
* Contribute to company goals by promoting various products and cross-selling
* Make a targeted number of quality telephone calls daily
* Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients
* Build meaningful relationships with local business marketing managers/owners
* Actively engage in sales meetings and team activities
* Ensure strong internal communication with other departments
* Maintain accurate administrative records in line with company policy
* Represent the company professionally at all times
