Your Role

As an Energy Efficiency Manager at Transport for Greater Manchester you will join our Health, Safety and Environment team. You will develop carbon reduction plans and targets as well as business cases for a pipeline of energy-saving opportunities. You will identify and implement energy efficiency measures, low and zero carbon solutions and operational best practices. You will also be responsible for energy management and reporting and affecting behavioural change within the organisation.

What you’ll bring

You will be educated to degree level in energy management / electrical engineering or have equivalent experience. A track record of developing and implementing plans that deliver measurable energy and carbon savings is essential. You will have demonstrable experience of energy management, decarbonisation technical surveys and energy audits, together with managing project delivery and compiling detailed technical reports and presentations.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £46,249 - £51,576 per annum depending on skills and experience.
