Location: Aldermaston (just outside of Basingstoke) 

Working Hours:

Option 1: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Option 2: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
As an Assembler, you will join our Direct Manufacturing team, assembling component parts to produce precision assembly that meet our exacting standards. You will play a key role in supporting the Production Managers and Product Specialists to ensure the timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities

Precisely follow both documented and verbal instructions to assemble complex equipment to high standards.

Minimal soldering required for the completion of assembly. 

Using a variety of intricate tools to assemble the product. 

Perform mechanical assembly of small parts, adhering to clean handling processes.

Identify and suggest improvements to optimize quality and efficiency.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised, capable of working independently or as part of a team, high attention to detail and good dexterity. 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Previous soldering experience is advantageous this skill can be trained
