Production Operative in Burton upon Trent - CV-Library

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client's team at their facility in Marchington, Staffordshire. This is temporary work for a contract term of up to 8 weeks initially.

* We are only accepting applications from candidates with a drivers licence and their own car/motorbike due to the location of the work.

Production Operative key job details:

* Rotating weekly: 07:00 15:30 rotating to 09:00 to 17:30

* Monday to Friday

* Pay rate: £12.50ph, weekly pay

Production Operative duties:

* Movement of heavy-weighted items using dollys (wheeled platforms) and pallet trucks

* Ensuring products are in relevant dispatch bays

* Some roles will include basic cosmetic repair of the stock which full training is provided on. This can be using basic hand tools and materials

* Follow instructions and daily tasks from Supervisors

* Comply with health and safety at all times

Production Operative person specification:

* Must have drivers licence and your own transport due to location of the work

* Must be OK with manual lifting duties

* Good English level (verbal / reading) is required

* Must be able to work both shift times as it is a rotating shift pattern
