Senior Buyer - Energy Sector in Basingstoke - CV-Library

We are currently recruiting for a long-term contract working with a very well known Client within the Energy sector.

This will be a very involved role, you will be involved with developing and preparing contractual strategy for tender and negotiation processes, evaluating bids and attending both internal and external meetings to resolve issues of a contractual and commercial nature. Co-ordination the technical evaluation of tenders, assessing the impact of contract exceptions, negotiation of terms and conditions to name but a few of the key accountabilities.

We need someone that has ideally worked within the Oil and Gas sector or Engineering Services. Knowledge of SAP and e-tendering systems would also be key for this role. Contracts and Purchasing experience at this level is also essential.

You will be based in their central offices here in Basingstoke, they do offer hybrid working for their roles and also flexi-time too. There will be initial training for this role in London.
