Customer Experience and Rental Specialist, Salary £12.82 - £13.33 DOE
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client, a leading provider of rental refrigeration, catering equipment, and temporary kitchens.
What You’ll Do:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
* Manage scheduling and logistics for equipment rentals
* Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
* Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong phone communication skills
* Experience in scheduling, data entry, and admin work
* Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
