Job Description

I am looking for a proactive and driven Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join my clients, dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about sustainability and eager to develop expertise in environmental accreditation systems. while experience in these areas is not essential, some exposure would be advantageous.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (flexible depending on experience) + Benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, (8:30–5pm)
Location: Cobham, (Office-based, 5 days a week)

Responsibilities:

* Assist in delivering environmental accreditation projects, including BREEAM, SKA, Fitwel, and WELL Building.

* Support the team with client-facing activities, including attending meetings and presenting sustainability strategies.

* Develop an understanding of sustainability standards and certification processes.

* Conduct research and analysis to support sustainable design and project management.

* Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Organise and manage project documentation to meet deadlines and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

* A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.

* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Friendly and confident personality to integrate well into a small, collaborative team.

* Client-facing experience or the ability to build relationships with clients.

* A genuine interest in sustainability, with the desire to learn and grow within the field.

* Any previous experience or exposure to BREEAM, SKA, or other environmental certifications would be advantageous but is not essential.
