Mandarin speaking Administration Specialist-Reading - What You'll be Doing:
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
* Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
* Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
* Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
* Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
* Entering and updating company’s properties and other assets insurance and other related records.
* Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
* Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
* Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
Mandarin speaking Administration Specialist-Reading - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
* Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
* Attention to detail and communication skills are essential, as is a friendly nature, a willingness to be supportive, and a desire to learn and progress.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent English both spoken and written skills
* Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner, to maintain a clam courteous and professional demeanour
