The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team! If you love working with young people and want to help them succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Job Description:

As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for:

Training and Development: Designing and implementing training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.

Skill Assessment: Evaluating athletes' performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and strategies.

*

Team Leadership: Leading practices and competitions while motivating and inspiring athletes to reach their full potential.

*

Safety Management: Ensuring a safe and positive environment for all participants, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

*

Proven experience as a coach is desirable but not essential; we welcome any experience working with Children!

*

Strong understanding of the sport, including rules, strategies, and training techniques.

*

Excellent leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive team culture.
