We have a new job opportunity that has become available for an experienced Maintenance Plasterer to join the in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association in Slough. You will be working across West London, Slough and Berkshire.

You must have your own hand tools (power tools provided).

Responsibilities:

Undertaking a wide range of plastering maintenance repairs and decorating including plaster boarding, bond set, rendering, finishing and patch plastering to occupied social housing properties.
Using an electronic hand held device to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.Requirements:

Level 2 Technical Certificate in Plastering (desirable)
Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Plastering (450) (desirable)
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)Benefits:
