Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for your next challenge?  A five-star luxury hotel in Aberdeen steeped in history, with an outstandingly rich heritage is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. 

As the Restaurant & Private Dining Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an elegant restaurant and private dining rooms. You will work closely with the culinary team to curate memorable dining experiences, ensuring impeccable service and attention to detail at every turn.

Restaurant & Private Dining Manager Responsibilities:  

Lead and manage the restaurant and private dining team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.  

Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.  

Manage reservations, private events, and group bookings, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.  

Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance their skills and promote career growth within the team.  

Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.  

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.  

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our dining experiences fresh and appealing.

Restaurant & Private Dining Manager Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.  

Strong leadership skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.  

Proficient in managing budgets and financial reporting.  

Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as local suppliers.  

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
