Development Baker

Up to £30,000 per annum

Diamond Search Recruitment are seeking a Development Baker working for a brand-new client of ours based in Wales.

The role will be Mon- Fri – 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

* Make all kitchen samples.

* Work closely with NPD Technologists and NPD Manager to manage key timings & workloads.

* Keep abreast of kitchen ingredients & packaging.

* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the packaging area within the NPD department.

* Aid with sample preparation demands.

* Support team with workloads to get the job done efficient and within deadlines.

* Attend team meetings as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Good creative & Innovation skills

* Ability to motivate people

* Good numeracy and communication skills

* Accuracy/attention to detail

* A good understanding of the functions in food ingredients
