We are seeking a driven, confident and seasoned Business Travel Consultant to join an innovative travel company dedicated to shaping the future of the workplace.
The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional service to clients, managing all aspects of their global travel arrangements.
Exciting role for a current business or leisure travel consultant or account manager seeking a hybrid role based in the Guildford, Reigate, Crawley and Dorking area.

Business Travel Consultant Duties:
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
* Handle and respond to incoming travel quote requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring all client requirements are met.
* Assist with various administrative tasks across all accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Identifying opportunities for growth and development within existing and new accounts.
* Offer expert advice and consultation on travel options, routes, and services to optimise client travel plans.
Business Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
* The ideal Business Travel Consultant must be confident in a fast-paced role, energetic and proactive, with solid confidence in navigating the dynamic landscape of business travel.
* Possess a strong background in sales and a thorough understanding of corporate travel requirements and trends.
* Proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with a preference for experience in Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus.
* Bring a high level of energy and innovation to the role, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and client experiences.
* Happy to work in the office full time, hybrid on offer after training.
