Position: Vehicle Paint-Sprayer / Prepper

Location: Weston-super-Mare

Salary: Up to £41,000 + Overtime Available & Performance Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (Day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

Spray painting vehicles using water-based paints
Checking and matching paint colours accurately
Supporting the bodyshop team as needed
Repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition following approved methods
Prepping vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming)
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role (Bodyshop Technician, Painter, or Prepper)
Full UK or EU Driving Licence (manual and automatic)
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
