Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 4:00pm

Salary: Up To £43,000 Per

Many College events and social events.Duties Of This Role Include:

Lead and motivate a team of staff on multiple sites.
Undertake recruitment, induction, training, welfare and supervision of the housekeeping staff.
Set performance goals and carry out appraisals.
To lead, and manage accommodation and housekeeping to deliver an efficient and consistently excellent service throughout the college.
Through the Accommodation Manager, maintain compliance with ANUK Code of Practice.
Ensure the Student Accommodation handbook is regularly updated.
Manage and coordinate logistics of internal room/office moves for staff & Fellows accommodation and offices.
Manage college furniture inventory and condition reports for fellows, students and staff and offices.What we're looking for in you:

5+ years experience as a Senior / Head of housekeeping.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail
DBS Check (Or willing to undertake one).
