Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading energy compliance consultancy who provide expert technical services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an established Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their energy team who operate in Hertfordshire.

Role responsibilities for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor:

Carry out energy assessments on a range of commercial projects to ensure they are complying with UK building regulations
Make sure designs are in line with UK legislations, CIBSE guides, best practice and are environmentally sensitive
Produce EPC's and Part L reports, as well as working alongside structural engineers, builders, and architectsThe ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have:

Level 4 or 5 NDEA qualification from a credible accreditation scheme
Experience within a relevant role delivering EPC's for commercial projects
Proficiency with Design Builder or SBEM software
Experience delivering energy statements for planning requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits of the role include:
