Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about legal services and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
Manage and maintain client records with precision and confidentiality
Assist in the preparation of client documentation and correspondence
Deliver exceptional customer service, reflecting the company's values and standardsRequirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous legal experience as a receptionist or administrator would be ideal experience
