Main Duties and Responsibilities: Kitchen Porter

* Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.

* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring everything is ready for use.

* Assist chefs and kitchen staff by keeping workstations stocked with clean utensils, pots, and pans.

* Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and adhere to health and safety regulations.

* Empty bins, clean floors, and carry out other general cleaning tasks.

* Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.

* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Desirable Skills Include:

* Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus, but not essential.
