We seek a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our Gastropub in the stunning Kent countryside.

About us:

Our award-winning pub wants to welcome a new Sous Chef with experience in a similar setting. We are mentioned in the Michelin Guide. Our sister pubs also hold various accolades including two AA Rosettes, Muddy Stiletto winner for best destination pub, and was awarded with a Bib Gourmand by the highly respected Michelin Guide in 2021.

The Ideal Sous Chef will have:

* Proven experience in kitchen management, with a background in Gastropubs serving high-quality Modern British cuisine

* Experience in a high-cover restaurant

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Experience leading a team and driving them towards excellence in quality control.

The Successful Sous Chef will receive:

* Up to £39,000 per annum depending on experience

* A full-time contract approx 48 hours per week

* Always closed on Monday and Tuesday so you know what your week looks like long in advance
