Job Title: HR Operations Lead
Salary: £85,000pa
Location: Cambridgeshire (once a week)
  
JGA are partnered with a growing Financial Services firm seeking an HR Operations Lead to lead their team.

The successful candidate will have experience working for a business of over 2000 employees, management experience, and has covered payroll, benefits, Reward and HR Operations.
  
Responsibilities:

Coordinating payroll and benefits management. 
Developing HR operational strategies to optimise efficiency and compliance. 
Managing HR Operations day-to-day. 
Collaborating with HRIS vendors. 
Leading on M&A deliverables. 
Supporting on development of HR policy and procedures.    
Skills required:

Experience leading and implementing HR Operational strategies. 
Strong knowledge of HRIS (HiBob desirable). 
Stakeholder communication.
