Facilities Assistant in Oxford - CV-Library

Berry Recruitment are now recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to work for a Football Association at a Training Ground in Oxford.

This role would involve opening the venue, checking the stadium is clean and tidy, checking the facilities are working and assisting with any adhoc basic maintenance needed on the grounds

Role: Facilities Team Assistant

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Oxford

Hours: Full time (7am - 3pm/4pm)

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Team Assistant:

To liaise on behalf of the Facilities Manager with security contractors to ensure the provision of appropriate levels of stewarding for player training and activities on site, and to conduct reviews of the security of the site as required.
To liaise on behalf of the Facilities Manager with maintenance contractors to ensure relevant works are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner.
To assist with invoicing and relevant reporting to the Facilities Manager
To assist with administrative tasks to support the Facilities Manager to ensure compliance with safety certification and all statutory licensing requirements
To facilitate contractor movement and working on site ensuring all health and safety inductions and requirements are complied with.About you:

Previous experience of working within a Lodge Reception/Porter or a Facilities Team Member
