Sous chef in Tarporley - CV-Library

Sous Chef required in the Tarporley area, upto £35K basic + Tips (around £200 a month/£2K per year), package upto £37k. This is a 45 hours per week contract & 4 day week available. They cook fresh food dishes using great local produce. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef looking for more responsibility and a step up.

The role:
We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. You will manage the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence and run the pass on those days as well. On other days you will run a key section in the kitchen and help to train junior members of the kitchen team. This role will include all the normal Sous Chef duties.

Experience:
We are looking for a Sous Chef from a fresh food background with good knife skills and organisational skills.
