Description

As a Case Executive within conveyancing you will be dealing with customers at post completion managing the caseload making sure service level agreements are exceeded.

You will be handling a high volume of queries from clients, lenders and estate agents ensuring any administration duties and documents are chased for completion.

Profile

Previous conveyancing or remortgage experience

Exceptional customer service skills

Able to work in a volume fast paced environment

A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills

Excellent team player
