OPERATIONS PROCESSOR (PARCEL SORTER)

FULL TIME - AFTERNOON SHIFT

AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services

Role - Operations Processor (parcel sorter)
Location - Colnbrook
Shifts - Monday to Friday
Hours - 16.00 - 22.00 (shift could extend to 00.30)
Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £12.80 per hour
Pay between 19.00pm - 08.00am: £15.45 per hour
Pay Saturdays: Additional £1.15 per hour
Pay Sundays: Additional £2.15 per hour
Pay OT: £19.20

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Scanning and processing all incoming and outgoing parcels and mail
Sorting parcels by hand into compartments on a sorting frame
Observing Health & Safety Rules and keeping warehouse clean
Bagging and labelling parcels for deliveryREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
Manual lifting of shipments is required
Good communication skills - written and verbal
The ability to demonstrate great team work PACKAGE
