Job title: Change Delivery Coordinator

Location: Eynsham, Oxford (OX29) - Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Contract length: 12 month initial contract

IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Change Delivery Coordinator on behalf of a highly reputable company in the healthcare / medical device industry. This role is an initial 12 month contract based at their Eynsham, Oxfordshire office three days per week.

The Change Delivery Coordinator will be a part of a component change project for a company specialising in the production of magnet technology for MRI scanners. The administration of engineering changes will require the use of data management systems to create documents in MS Office and load into SAP. The creation and modification of Bills of Materials and the progressing of Engineering Changes will also be undertaken through SAP. Previous experience in similar project change roles in a manufacturing setting would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

*

Coordinate and manage the introduction of new product components.

*

Administer and coordinate engineering documentation in SAP for the Engineering Change (PP & Doc) Process.

*

Track and progress actions to set target dates and update project document plans in the Change Database tool.

*

Raise Vendor Material Change Notification documents and administer the process through to completion.

*

Raise Change Requests with and track and progress actions to set target dates.

*

Provide accurate project reports on status against milestones including financial control within set budgets to all stakeholders and product cost targets.

*

Ensure manufacturing colleagues have updated instructions.

*

Work with regulatory teams for relevant technical approvals.

*

Ensure changes have been escalated to all vendors.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

*

Previous experience working on change projects and using project management skills within a manufacturing environment would be ideal - experience of similar on the Automotive/FMCG industries would also be considered

*

Previous experience in Engineering for an basic understanding Engineering drawings would be advantageous

*

Technical administration

*

Experience in document management control

*

Previous experience with Bills & Materials

*

Familiarity with material management

*

Good MS Office skills are required for tracking and reporting

*

Previous experience dealing with suppliers would also be useful to aid the progression of Changes.
